Transport

While we are located in Henderson, NV we also work with transportation so even if you're located in a different state you can still purchase a bun with ease.

Reservations

Deposits are required to hold buns for longer than 48 hours, buns younger than 8 weeks, and/or buns going on transport! 

Health

To ensure all of our buns are healthy and ready to go we will not allow them to leave our possession until they are fully weened off of their mother at 8 weeks,

I require deposits to hold bunnies in certain situations. This is to not waste my or others time since others may also be interested in the same bunny. I can hold a bunny for no additional cost if they are picked up within-48 hours. This applies to any bunny over 8 weeks only that is also not going on transport. To reserve a bunny under 8 weeks or being transported by a third party requires a deposit before putting put on hold. 
 Deposit will be 25% of the price of the rabbit and will go towards the total price. Deposit is non-transferable to another bunny. Deposit is nonrefundable. Any exceptions will be up to I, Lilac Skies Rabbitry.
Lilac Skies Rabbitry is located in Henderson, Nevada. We work with transport. I am not responsible for transport or anything that happens on transport. bunnies must be paid in full at 8 weeks before sent on transport.
Bunnies not using transport must respond and arrange pick up the within the week from them turning 8 weeks. If you are not at pick up within 30-miuntes of the agreed time, with no communication, we will have to reschedule. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the bunny will be taken off hold, without deposit refunded, and sold to another.
The remaining balance is due before the bunny leaves my possession. I will not hand any animal over until paid in full. Please see pricing information on the "Available" page. Pricing is firm and non-negotiable.
All rabbits must be over 8 weeks before picked up. It is not legal to sell rabbits under 8 weeks. It is also unhealthy to do so.
Bunnies sold without pedigree are sold to pet homes and will not be bred, you will not breed them. Please state if you'd like to breed/ buy pedigree. Pedigree is an additional $25 and will be sent through Everbreed or emailed.
Quality, temperament, and size are not guaranteed. We can consider parents for type and weight, but everything is subject to change. Though we handle our bunnies often from birth, their temperament is not guaranteed. Interacting positively with your bunny will help you bond.
Unless specified, all rabbits are sold as pet only.Thus they will not be bred. Pedigrees/Breeding rights can be sold for additional to approved breeders. 
I am not responsible for any vet bills or health issues once the rabbit leaves my care.
Lilac Skies is a closed rabbitry. I do not allow strangers into my home or to visit my animals. I will send plenty of videos/pictures for you to see and reserve your bunny.
If for any reason you can no longer keep your rabbit, the rabbit must be given back to Lilac Skies Rabbitry or the new home must be approved through me first. All costs to get the bunny back to me is your responsibility. The health of your rabbit must be truthfully explained. We do not refund in this case. My bunnies must never be given to a shelter or rescue.
I do not guarantee temperament. I do not guarantee bunnies getting along. If you purchase a pair, it is your responsibility to have a back up and to do research to bond properly. I may give tips and information, however the process is in your hands. I do not do refunds for pairs not getting along.
